Very happy to use Zest. Always receive good service from them and their partners at airports. Prices are always competitive and vehicles are clean and in good condition. Will definitely use Zest again.

I have used Zest for at least 8/10 years. Service has always been superb. For this last booking I had paid, got all documentation etc. I then received a marketing email offering a substantial discount. I cheekily rang to ask about this as I thought I could cancel my booking and do it again. I did not need to even ask the question, the discount was offered to me. When I was collecting the car I was asked if I had used Centauro before. I told then I had but always through Zest. The lady told me she's not trying to get me to use them direct and recommended that I stayed with Zest as they believe they are one of the best companies

More staff required at the pick up desk. Lots of customers and only three staff who did their best. The automated check in machines did not work properly thus adding to the delays. Other than that, the overall experience was perfect.
