I have noticed when you book through Zest you get treated far better by the car hire companies and things go smoother. Since I started using Zest I have not had any problems with pressure selling. I recommend them to anyone who asks about car hire.

Zest provides a large choice of car hire companies, a number of which we have now used. Quick and easy lists to choose from and overall value for money no matter which car hire company chosen. This time we hired from Moovers and were very satisfied with the service. Zest has my thorough recommendation as a car hire broker and we will be using the service again.

The service I received from Zest was excellent. I realised the evening before our Sunday flight that I had accidentally booked our hire car for the Monday not the Sunday. I spoke to Harriet, a team manager at Zest, who went above and beyond to contact Wheego early on the Sunday morning outside of her own working hours to amend the booking and then call me to reassure me that it had been sorted just before we boarded the plane. I was charged just 20 euros for the extra day. We book our hire car through Zest every year and we have always found the process straightforward and stress free. Thank you Harriet for helping me!
