I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Bluu. When I asked to change my car, the Bluu customer services team went out of their way to find me a vehicle that I felt safe driving. The transfer process was handled smoothly and efficiently, especially considering that December is a busy time in Cape Town. Bluu is a hidden gem among car hire companies in Cape Town, although that may change soon as more people discover their excellent service....keep it up!

Excellent customer service and support from Zest prior to my booking. Great communication throughout. Best price on the market with additional driver included. Great service from Europcar who’s friendly staff delivered to the hotel, stress free experience, none of the usual pressures over insurance/cover scare mongering. Thank you Zest, will be using your services again, recent awards fully deserved!

This was the first time that I booked car rental with Zest and I found them to offer the best value for money, having searched various options online. I was able to reserve my car hire option with just a small deposit and then make the final payment around 1 week before the collection date. The Zest communications for my booking and in advance of collecting my car were first rate - everything very clear and timely. I opted for their additional insurance cover which also proved to be excellent value - thankfully I didn't need to make a claim. I will definitely book with Zest again.
