I was both impressed and grateful for the help that we received from Zest in rearranging our rental arrangements at the last minute. Like many others, our travel plans for Sicily changed because of the Catania airport fire. Zest sorted everything within a few minutes even though it was 'out of hours' and we were due to fly the next morning. There's a reason that we're repeat customers!

Was a good experience, easy to locate and didn't have to wait any time to collect vehicle, the vehicle was clean and any scratches, clearly marked on documentation. Agents were courteous, helpful and very efficient

It was a pleasure dealing with Zest. They explained the insurance cover in detail and responded well to my questions on cover. The assurance of a telephone call to Automania if we encountered any problems was very helpful and reassuring. I would definitely use Zest again and recommend to friends because the cost of car hire and insurance was very competitive, as well as the excellent customer service I received
