Alamo at Bucharest were the most professional car hire firm I have ever dealt with. A good record : Alamo took multiple photos of car condition on rental and emailed me the contract with photos prior to departure. On returning the car documenting was equally good. They took photos and emailed return documents. They really were very very professional. I had confidence I wasn't going to be erroneously charged for any pre rental damage. The car itself was in excellent condition with only a few K on the clock
