What are the driving laws in Puerto Rico?

• Mobile Phones: Using a mobile phone while driving in Puerto Rico is prohibited, except for hands-free systems

What Should I Do If I Have An Accident or Breakdown in Puerto Rico?

Should you be involved in an accident, you must call the emergency services and the car rental provider immediately. You must not move the car unless it is unsafe to leave it in its present position.
