Much better service compared to walk in rental shops. Zest facilitated availability whilst others didn’t. Car was a better model that booked, I requested delivery to our hotel and drop off at the airport, logistics worked out well. Was in fact cheaper that walk in car hire shops off they’d had availability. Booking via zest would be my default option of booking again.
