We had excellent service from start to finish. The lady who the car was very efficient and explained everything to us extremely well. We received a call from a lovely guy on collection asking us to please leave the keys at reception. It was very hassle free and easy. He called later to say he had found a wallet in glove box and would drop it back. Super service

The last time we were in Portugal (pre-Covid) we waited to hire a car at our at our resort. However due to the pandemic local availability appears to be dramatically reduced. Thankfully Zest and Lagorent came to our rescue and within 2 hours of making an online enquiry we were taking delivery of our virtually brand new hire car. Thank you to both companies.

The car provided was one used previously by a client at the same location which meant it hadn't really been fully cleaned etc. It was ok but very small. On this occasion that was fine as we only needed to use it a couple of times very locally.
