Ease of delivery of the car and subsequent collection was great, hassle free. Very competitive hire costs, including addition of motorway transponder, was very convenient even though we used it only once.

Not possible to answer all your questions as the car was delivered (on time) to the hotel and the keys were left with reception at Masterkings request for collection later. With the excellent service provided by Zest and competitive prices, why look elsewhere. I don't.
