The whole process was very smooth and easy. The car was very new, clean and perfect for what we wanted as a family of 5. I collected the car in Portimão (Locauto) and Rui, the person who sorted the rental, was super nice, very helpful and kind. Thank you/Obrigada!! Will definitely use this service again.

I made a special request to ensure that we have an SUV to avoid back problems sitting in a low seated saloon alternative and both Zest and Visacar made sure that we got one.

First class service, easy to deal with. Vehicle was in very good condition. Only drawback was I asked for a sat nav and was told on pick-up that the vehicle didn’t have one. I took a phone cradle as a back-up so was fine using my Google maps App. Overall very good service with no hassle. Would use again😁👍

Car was ideal for our requirements. The delivery of the car to our rental villa was really helpful as eased the need for taxis.

Excellent service from the start. Car was actually delivered to our hotel by the reps from the local company and collected at the end of the hire period, with keys left at reception.

Great service. Having the car delivered and picked up from our hotel was a massive benefit for us. Car was clean and in near perfect condition. Masterkings were professional and friendly. No issues here :)

This was the second car I rented through Zest and Masterkings on my holiday. Really pleased with the service. Car was delivered and picked up from the hotel on time and in great condition for a rental. Masterkings staff very friendly and helpful too.
