Car was a brand new Seat Ibiza and the Master kings agent met us at the hotel where the hand over was friendly and very easy. They contacted me the day before hire and offered the car a day earlier at no extra charge which was a lovely bonus to the holiday. We checked over the vehicle together and was given confidence in master kings. On collection day they asked us to leave keys at hotel reception where car was collected at their convenience which suited us fine.
