Returning the car out of hours was a bit stressful as the turning into the underground car park wasn’t that obvious. However, nothing that couldn’t be resolved by asking someone. Overall, excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish, and the team at my destination were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely hire with both again when going back to Portugal.

It was my first time hiring a car abroad in beautiful Portugal . I was able to book online easily . Picking the car up was effortless and only took a couple of minutes . I was certainly impressed with the car , very clean and a pleasure to drive . All the staff were friendly , polite and helpful but best of all ,able to be contacted if needed ( I got a little lost trying to return the car at the airport but they saved the day). Overall I was very pleased with the whole service and I certainly will use their services again , as well as recommend them to others .

I was sick on arrival at the airport. Master kings were really helpful and went out of their way to deliver the car to my hotel a few days later when I was well.

Very complementary. Handing the vehicle to me was very thorough. Very pleasant lady and the same when I dropped it off. Nice no to queue up with the major car hire companies and reward a smaller company.
