The car had multiple scratches and dents but had been cleaned well and the size and model were fine. Our contact with Masterkings was very helpful although we were delayed at the airport and had a slight panic when several phone calls were not picked up.

Zest customer service was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use and all my questions were answered promptly. The hire car was exactly what we booked and there were no hidden extras - a refreshing change.

The process of renting in Portugal through Rent Cars 4 Less was efficient and smooth. The car was in excellent condition--although we could have enjoyed better seats. Their staff were always friendly and helpful, meeting us at the airport for both collecting and returning the vehicle.
