The car was as ordered. The staff at the branch went above and beyond helping us to sort out any questions we had . They sourced a cable and connector for us to use our iPhone and Apple car play in the car. They were extremely thorough on all aspects of the hire and toll charges. Please pass on my thanks to the site team.

I was worried at first as I haven’t had a good experience with other companies but honestly this couldn’t have been better. The service was incredibly quick and reliable and more importantly it was much cheaper compared to others. I had an issue with the car I was given (one of the windows didn’t work) so I called Zest, they quickly got in contact with the third party company who gave me another car - within the same day. I’ll definitely be using Zest again

Highy recommend. Was nervous about renting a car in Portugal after researching but they were great to work with for n out trip. Fair and helpful. Very nice vehicle too! Super experience and highly recommended.

I’ve rented a car through zest about 5 or 6 times now in Lisbon and am completely satisfied and never had a problem with the car rentals. Received excellent service from the rental agencies. Once I had to wait in line for over 40 minutes but it was because my plane came in late and they had an influx of other customers.
