Everyone at Master Kings was courteous and helpful. I did have a flat tire while on our driving tour, and Master Kings were extremely helpful in getting us assistance and solving the problem as quickly as possible. I give them the highest recommendation, and want to thank them all at Master Kings and Zest for their professionalism and great customer service. I feel fortunate that I rented from such a reputable company.

This was the best, fastest and easiest car rental I have ever had. Met me at airport. Picked the car up at airport hotel. Both agents were friendly, helpful and efficient. Can’t say enough in praise of the whole process

Once we found out where to meet the representative (which was quite quick) it went very smoothly as it did when we returned the car. Overall it was an excellent service that we received. Friendly and courteous. The representative was charming.

Antonio was fantastic! Besides his communication with us in picking up and returning the vehicle, he found my wife's sunglasses which were left in the vehicle and mailed them back to us in Canada at no charge!!

Perfect experience. Booked via Zest car rental agency, would thoroughly recommend. Landed at the airport and called (there are a few numbers provided with documents) and they came with shuttle bus within 15 minutes. We booked a Ford focus estate or similar and received a Peugeot 308. I took photos and videos of the car just in case. I had already bought zest optional top up insurance so I didn’t hear any upselling of their own insurance. They explained the toll transponder device (via verde) that a deposit will be taken for, and I had already read about it before. They had pictures to give examples of the toll signs so that was helpful. The type of petrol to use is clearly marked on the outside of the fuel door. On return of the car in the morning a week later, everything was quick to sign off which was good as we were running a bit behind time. I explained I had scratched the wheel rim on a curb by accident and it was graciously brushed off as ‘it happens’. The return via shuttle bus was prompt and we made the flight in good time. Within the week after returning, the 500 euro deposit was returned on the chosen credit card, and the toll transponder deposit also returned (we didn’t use any toll roads).
