I found the car rental experience with Drive (through Zest) simple, efficient and excellent. The whole procedure was perfectly satisfactory and I have no complaints. The meet and greet and transport from Lisbon airport was smooth and easy. The vehicle had more damage than was listed, but this was recorded as soon as I flagged it up. The staff were helpful and kind throughout. The car drove very well and was extremely clean. Dropping it back was a dream. Thanks to both Drive and to Zest.
