Excellent service. We changed our booking 2 days before leaving the UK for the car to be dropped off at our hotel instead of collecting the car from the airport. With no hassle. Dropping the car back was easy and efficient. Staff all super friendly would use again.

The car was delivered promptly to our hotel and the agent spent time ensuring that I understood the rental agreement and also the arrangements for returning the car. She also spent time showing me the existing damage and marks to the car before handing it over (which was fairly extensive!) Very easy process - we will definitely use Masterkings again and happily recommend the company. Thank you all.
