Good information given prior to collection on location. No queue, so hassle getting car. Car itself was fine, nothing too special, but good price so it was what I expected. Adequate for our needs. Returning the vehicle was hassle-free and seamless. Representative waiting at the car park entry barrier, and guided us on where to go and leave the car. Highly recommend.

We found it very easy to book through Zest and were very happy with Masterkings. The collection and return was excellent and will definitely use Masterkings through Zest.

The pick up was quick and car only 30 metres away, same with drop off. We had our own excess cover and there was no pressure to take out their additional cover at pick up. The car had a few minor dents and scratches, we returned in the same condition and this seemed to be acceptable. We paid for the toll use but did not use this so now just awaiting our deposit return. Having had problems with other companies these were very efficient and will use again.

Excellent service from a friendly team at Faro Airport. Easy to find on exiting arrivals, quick service, very thorough explanation of the process and no pressure to purchase 'extras' on the spot.
