I was given an upgrade to a slightly larger car. It had lots of handy extras - parking sensors front and back and a reversing camera (great for me as I’m not used to driving such a long car). I needed to change the time that I returned the car and they were able to do that without a problem. The insurance covered everything so there was no time was wasted on checking the vehicle for scratches etc when picking up or dropping off. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
