A very seamless hire experience. We were a group of six family members staying in the Algarve so we chose two smaller cars rather than one 7 seater (the bigger vehicle was proportionately more expensive and less flexible during the holiday). We liked the idea of booking in advance through a reputable UK broker knowing that we were probably less likely to get messed around by a local hire company (Masterkings in this case) as they would like to maintain future business from Zest. Going through Zest also gave good peace of mind should an issue arise for any reason with the booking, hire or delivery of the service locally.

Car had some damage for what appeared to be fairly new which was a surprise but the overall, in good condition. They were very relaxed about the process which at first made me uneasy but in the end made it a lot less stressful. Seamless booking and collection process!
