Amazing experience from start to finish. Zest website was easy to use and helpful. Took the Top-up insurance also as it was a very competitive price. EPI were amazing too. They had upgraded the car I booked also. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Great service and would definitely use Zest and EPI again.

Excellent service - additional help and advice in fitting child seat. The only little negative was the outside of the car was not very clean (a quick car wash put that right). Any question we had was answered quickly via email
