I like that I can speak to Zest at any time if there is a problem. Twice I have notified them of long delays which affected the car pick up time. They have notified the company to ensure they keep the vehicle for me. They were brilliant when my flight was cancelled due to the fire at Luton airport. They were reassuring when I had a scrape on my car. Their extra insurance covered it. I do recommend them to friends.
