The whole process was absolutely painless. I’ve had some poor experiences in the past which has put me off hiring abroad but after this I will definitely be booking through Zest the next time. Really happy many thanks to the Zest team.

The whole process was faultless. The minibus transfer was quick and efficient. On arrival at Drive on Holidays we completed all the necessary paperwork in only a matter of minutes and we're taken to the car, which was an upgrade to the one we originally booked. Car was in immaculate condition and only a few months old. We were given the car with a full tank and just simply returned the cat with a full tank. The handover on return was quick and efficient. There was no over the top checking the condition of the car like some car hire companies would do. This was a quick check, make sure there's a full tank, see the office colleague who immediately cancelled the money held on my credit card without question. I thanked them for a fantastic service and told them I would gladly book with them again, and would gladly recommend them. I am returning to Portugal in July and will definitely be using Zest as my initial contact in the UK. I have already recommend Zest to my family. I'm very happy and pleased with the whole process. I would gladly give 10 out 10 to Zest and Drive on Holidays
