Overall the booking, collecting and returning the hire car was so easy and simple, the staff at Visacar in Albufiera were outstanding. I will deffo use Zest every time I need a rental/hire car in future.

When collecting, the car the representative explained the controls which may be apparent or known to some but reassuring to me. I also needed to extend the rental by one day, no problem. The representative suggested I call Zest to arrange this and big shout to Zac who sorted this. Definitely be using Visacar again.

New website for driver passport and licence details is good, needs an option to add a second driver. Service was very good, didn't like the Fiat Panda

Great car, perfect for our travel needs. Excellent service through VisaCar rental. Zest's easy to use website provided the best overall rates for an all inclusive package - vehicle, insurance, and other fees. We will likely become repeat customers going forward.
