I've always had excellent customer service from Zest and this time was no exception when I called to change my reservation to get an automatic car. Very helpful, friendly, fuss free! Also, the free extra driver, and good value comprehensive insurance cover means I never use anyone else. AutoUnion were brilliant too - I had always gone for the top names before, but I would not hesitate to use AutoUnion again - in this location where I hire cars regularly I have had the best experience with them.

To have full insurance included and low excess deposit is a big incentive. Also to have the recommended hire company in the terminal or at least in the airport is a must. Just two reasons why I always choose Zest.

I was a very anxious customer due to previous experiences elsewhere, however this was the smoothest and most efficient experience. The office staff in Malta were amazing, friendly and helpful. They were most professional and showed us out to the car. No additional charges and clear with contract signing. Can highly recommend Europcar through Zest.
