Customer Support Advisor

We are looking for experienced contact centre staff with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations.  The successful candidate will join our Customer Support team in providing award-winning service to our customers.

The job will involve:

• Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period by telephone, email and live chat.
• Placing new bookings, dealing with amendments and cancellations.
• Building a rapport with customers.
• Explaining to customers the added value and benefits of booking car hire with Zest.
• Resolving issues during and after the car rental period.
• Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations at every point of contact.

What we require:

• A strong background in customer service within an office (or contact centre) environment.A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Education to GCSE or equivalent is essential, A-Level is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to empathise with all types of customer.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Teamwork and flexibility.
• The ability to learn quickly.

Hours: 40 hours per week, you will be required to work shifts within our opening hours which are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Sundays 10am to 4pm.

Holiday Entitlement: 33 days (including bank holidays).
