The booking instructions were comprehensive and on arriving in Rome the collection of the car went well from contacting Green Motion and being collected at the airport and raring at the premises.

The usual excellent service from Zest when I needed to pick up the car slightly later than I had booked. I was able to speak quickly to a helpful adviser on the phone, even on a Sunday morning, when I didn't manage to get through to the car rental company directly. It is so reassuring to know that there are real people available to assist when necessary, because car hire can be a minefield!
