Fantastic service, using Zest took all the stress out of hiring a car. The comprehensive insurance meant there were no demands for additional insurances at the collection desk. The car ran smoothly and was clean and tidy internally, with a few dents on the bodywork but this may be normal for narrow Italian roads!

Everything was incredibly straight forward and pain free. The first time I've ever hired a car and I was dreading it after hearing horror stories, but I could not have had a better experience!

Very happy with how comprehensive and trouble free zest was. The car dealer was a little off site and the signage for the bus could have been better, but in general it all worked out well and would book with Zest and Centauro again.
