The whole process was very good. The hand back was also very efficient at 7.30pm - even through the rain!!! The only (very small) negative was that the front windscreen wiper blades needed changed as they were squeaky - although I would assume that they aren't needed very often in sunny Italy!

Locauto rental was straight forward to collect, I had my own insurance with Zest and was not pressurised into having Locauto insurance. Car was checked with me when collected and any issues was documented. Car was in good condition, a few minor scuffs. Drop off was good and car check over no issues. Will use Locauto again.

We were lucky and got a brand new car with just one kilometre on the clock! It wasn’t explained that it was a hybrid and as I hadn’t driven one before, I found the dashboard symbols confusing. It would have been helpful to have that explained.
