Would highly recommend zest and locauto. The process at Brindisi was easy with no hassle to buy extra insurance. Friendly helpful team. Francesco in the collection area was a great advert for Locauto. So helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Great lancia iyipsilon , super for the small roads and lanes in S Italy.

I will definitely use Ecovia again. Friendly, helpful , efficient staff. No hard sell on the additional insurance. Our only comment would be that the car was 7/8 full of fuel, so had to be returned 7/8 full. This was hand written on the documentation, the hard copy stated full.

Came to Zest because of a piece in the Times that recommended the company. Given the hassle with car hire post pandemic, it was the right decision. We found Zest incredibly helpful. Now that customer service appears to be at an all time low in any online engagement - dealing with Zest was a welcome and refreshing change. We seemed to deal with the same person throughout, who made all the calls and followed up on all our questions about arriving on a flight too late for the hire car front desk to be open. We felt reassured that using a U.K. based broker meant Zest had our back if anything went wrong. A postscript to this. We had the best hire car we’ve ever had when abroad. It was brand new and not like driving a hairdryer - the usual experience!

It was great to speak to an actual person (Harriet) from the plane at Manchester . She was able to check our vehicle would be available even though our delayed flight meant arriving after the rental office closed. We did have to pay 44 euros late pick up fee though. But Zest’s customer service was first rate. Would use again.

A massive thank you to the very pleasant and helpful lady in the Loran Italia / ACA Rent office for staying extra late to be there to meet us when our flight was delayed! The car was nearly new and in good condition, there was no hard sell in the office, this rental could not really be faulted.
