Everything went smoothly, our rental car was almost new and we really enjoyed driving it. Prior to our rental I emailed Zest with a couple of queries and had very prompt and helpful replies.

would definitely use Zest, it is good to have the back up. My car hire had a lot of scratches and a minor dent - Thrifty staff were very good in getting everything recorded and my returned was easy. Though I had to point this out to them as the vehicle originally been signed as ok to take away before I did the check. Zest guidelines helped with this

Zest have been consistently excellent. If you need to speak to Zest the phone is always answered promptly and staff are professional and courteous.
