We recently booked with another rental agency as they were cheaper than you. Never again! We have only ever had excellent service from you and this other booking was a complete disaster. We learned the hard way and will always book with you in future!

The Budget Representative was very attentive and helpful. She engaged with me well and made the process very easy and enjoyable. The car was very clean and well maintained - it had 2 minor damages to it which were pointed out to me as opposed to me having to find them. All in all very good.

The car itself had a few scratches but these were documented by Europcar and I was informed that they were there. The man who I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, a small wait to be served but as expected. They didn’t try the hard sell of upgrades and waiver insurance as I had pointed out I had this in place with Zest. I am really pleased I used Zest car rental, I thought the peace of mind from the insurance and reminders what was needed etc was fantastic.
