Great customer service as always via Zest (changing dates of bookings etc) and at both pick up and return at Alma. Car could have been cleaner - especially inside windscreen but overall great value and service.

Excellent friendly service from airport collection staff member and short journey 3-4 mins to office. Efficient staff at office and good modern car all insurance details checked and received keys within 10 minutes. Excellent return procedure the gentlemen quickly checked over car and set the deposit to be returned via his PDA within 2 minutes and then straight back to airport Well done for all being professional and curteous during the whole process. Suggestion for collection from Airport - A solid point of reference would be useful as it was dark when we arrived at the Airport and information stated collection would be behind the Taxi rank all of which is a car park and add that collection will be a Yellow Centauro branded MiniVan.
