Very smooth and easy and I felt comfortable zest was good for customer service

Using the top up insurance via Zest we have never had any questions asked or extra insurance by any car rental services. This gives peace of mind when turning up at the desk as prior to using Zest have had some horrors I.e "you must buy extra insurance or can't have car" none of that now !

The whole experience was so easy, we are staying a bit longer than we rented the car for and Hertz were very helpful in extending the rental. We will be using your service next time we come, thanks.
