Drive Around the Sights of Kos
Make sure you visit Nerantzia Castle, or the Castle of the Knights, located at the entrance to Kos Town. It dates back to the 14th Century and houses a museum where you can learn more of its history.

With plenty of tavernas to tempt you, it is easy to sample some local food whilst you are here. Stop by the nearby salt lake too, if you have time.
Drive to Kefalos which is right at the tip of the island of Kos. This is a tranquil village, which is great if you are keen to escape the hubbub of Kardamena for a while. Relax in the main square and enjoy a bit of people watching. There are also numerous beaches here, both shingle and sandy for you to enjoy.
