Easy to book and pick up. Great service at Alma friendly and quick

We liked having the insurance from Enterprise as part of the rental agreement - it makes for a more relaxing car hire. We only rated the car as good as it had done 92k km and had minor scratches and dents but this was not a problem for us as we expected this with the full collision damage waiver agreement. We prefer the less pristine car and damage waiver when we are leaving the car in crowded car parks. The car itself drove very well and we had no problems with it.

Our flight looked like it was going to be delayed so much that the desk at Heraklion would be closed. We rang Zest from the plane and they sorted it out. Very quick pick up and then a return call. As it happens we made it in time but we were very reassured by Zest.

First class service as usual from Zest. Have always used Auto Union in Crete. Traveling to Rhodes soon and using Green Motion hope they are as good as Auto Union. Keep up the good work Zest.
