Shop till you drop for fantastic holiday souvenirs and get your culture fix by attending one of the town’s celebrations or festivals.

The Argassi resort is also ideally placed to discover some of the other great beaches on the island. Try out Banana, Gerakas and Dafni beaches. These idyllic spots are somewhat more secluded than Argassi and provide the perfect setting for indulging in some rest and relaxation.
Located on the Vassilikos Peninsula, both Banana and Dafni beaches are a 15 minute journey from Argassi. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings are well worth the drive. At Gerakas, hire a pedalo and see if you can spot one or two of the endangered loggerhead turtles that call this beach home.
