Excellent service by Zest and Alamo. Very simple collection and return, no hard sell of insurance, best price. Car was well used but that was fine with me.

This is the 3rd time of using Autounion at Kalamata and the service is always excellent. I have had bad experiences previously with other rentals at the same airport. The only slight disadvantage was having to collect from the new premises as opposed to at the airport, as in the past, but it turned out to be quick and efficient so can't really complain about that.
