Initially we had big problems with the Aca Rent/Lotus/U-save , but Paul at your office did a good job and we got a car from Centaura instead! I think you really should think about if you should work with this compani(ies) Thank you Paul!! Now we have a nice car! Centaura was just like we expected a car rental business to be. And we finally get to our hotel many hours delayd. We have traveled together for more than 30 years and have rented cars a lot of times in Europe and also USA and Asia. We have never had and troubles. This was something extra!!! Thanks again Birgitta Karlsson

The service required a shuttle from airport about 20minutes and compared to other companies with airport desks, the cost of the car hire was very reasonable. The car had a lot of existing marks and paint scratches which were recorded by Green motion on the form and wasn’t especially clean but that’s ok as it was mechanically fine and as I said very good price so no problems

I would use Zest again and have recommended them to other friends. Very competitive and the additional driver for free is a help. Thumbs up all round:-)

Dealing with Zest was a very easy and stress free process. Booking online was easy with insurance options well explained. The staff on the booking desk were very friendly and professional as were the staff handing over the car.
