I haven't booked a hire car abroad for many years so l found the whole process very confusing. I decided to use Zest as they were recommended by Which?. I was not disappointed. The whole booking process was very clear and simple and I felt a lot more comfortable knowing that there was a 24 hour manned helpline in the UK if I experienced any problems. Fortunately I didn't have to use this as all the staff in Sixt at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport were so helpful on the handover and return. Should I have the need to hire a car in the future, I would definitely book through Zest again!

The service agent at zest was outstanding when we had to make a change due to a cancelled flight. She was simply amazing with her speed efficiency and friendly manner. Great to see there is still some great service out there, well done.

I am glad I booked through Zest. It was much easier to communicate with them rather than Eurocar. When I rang the phone number Eurocar provided it turned out they could only talk about rentals in UK. They then emailed me about returning the car to Paris rather than Toulouse. I contacted Zest who sorted it without delay.
