Very happy with the overall experience of collection and dropping off. Would have been useful to have been told that the vehicle was part electric/part petrol as proved confusing when first setting off.

Very quick and easy to book and to collect/return the car. Booking with Zest gave us a middle man and peace of mind that if something went wrong we had a back up

Great service by Zest - all extras clearly explained, no unexpected charges. Great service by Europcar Nantes - prompt handover of car (in excellent condition), no unwanted services offered. Greeted by name on return, friendly handover.

Great service thank you . Booking was easy and it was great to be able to ask questions and check things on the phone. On arrival at the airport the car rental was easy to find and the transaction was quick and easy. Returning the car was fast - we were met in the car park . We will definitely us Zest next time.
