Representative on desk was very helpful and asked if I could drive an automatic. We were upgraded from a corsa type manual to a hybrid compact SUV Toyota Yaris. Problem on taking security deposit as technical issues across card machines across all rental companies but details taken of card and we were sent on our way after a short time. Very helpful and excellent customer service.

Brilliant. Totally hassle free. Unlike some car rental companies, no one tried to sell us any extra insurance, add on any "extras" or make on return spurious claims about "damage".

I’m from Australia and was renting in France. After looking at booking directly with one of the rental companies, I came across reviews of Zest and was attracted both by the prices and the ability to communicate in English should anything go wrong (after having struggled badly on a France road trip years ago). Fortunately I didn’t get to test out that part of your service. But otherwise a very smooth process.
