Booking process through Zest was simple and all communications were very clear. I felt confident with the cover provided by Zest. It was reassuring to be able to say no to the multiple and confusing add-ons offered by the hire company safe in the knowledge that I already had all the cover I required. I will definitely be using Zest on the next occasion I require a hire car.

Quick clean and efficient service by yourself and Sixt. We were late arriving and the local office stayed open for us after their scheduled 11.30 pm closure. They were most helpful in the choice of vehicle. We had booked electric but were advised that the charge infrastructure was “dodgy”, even the ones at the airport may not work! So we stayed petrol! All I want now is the refund of the deposit and all will be well!

Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly. Polite and answered all our questions. The return was smooth. And remy made us feel comfortable and didn't keep us waiting. Excellent service all round.
