The lady at Europcar was very kind and helpful. I had to have an automatic because no manuals left and she kindly guided me through it and I ending up really liking the car. My visit was not a holiday but following my father's death and so I was a bit stressed with that and travelling alone so her kindness mattered. The same lady made the return really easy as well. Would definitely use Europcar again as a result. I have hired cars quite a lot over the years and this was the best experience
