What is There to Do in Bergerac?
The renovated Old Town has been restored to its former beauty. Spend a pleasurable afternoon simply strolling around the streets and relaxing in the shady squares. Why not visit any one of a number of local bars and restaurants, including several Michelin starred restaurants within easy driving distance to Bergerac. Sample a variety of local produce and even cookery lessons.
Take a drive out to one of the many Bastides located around Bergerac and visit one of the Châteaux near here. Alternatively there are several nearby museums including a river transport museum, a tobacco museum, and the Costi Museum which exhibits a wide selection of sculptures.

Bordeaux is a port city on the Garonne River. Enjoy attractions such as Bordeaux Cathedral and the Grand Theatre de Bordeaux.
Explore Toulouse which also lies on the banks of the River Garonne to the south east of Bergerac. Local sights include the Cité de l'espace, which is a theme park focused on space and the Museum de Toulouse, sometimes known as MHNT which is a natural history museum.
Travel to Pau, a commune on the northern edge of the Pyrenees which is close to the border of Spain. Littered with several ski resorts and with the Château de Pau in the heart of the city, enjoy exploring the area and some winter sports to boot.
