Have booked with Zest a couple of times now as their top up insurance is good value. Incurred some damage on my rental and Zest were very helpful in assisting with the insurance claim which was paid out in full. Will definitely book future rentals with them.

When we damaged a tyre on our car in Sicily, the local car hire provider did not mange the vehicle recovery process at all well and were hard to communicate with. Zest stepped in and helped us to contact the company during the event and helped with recovering the costs afterwards. Hiring through Zest gives a great back -up resource when things go wrong.
