This was an excellent Car Hire experience. Booking was fairly straightforward and simple. What was best was the Excess Policy provision which was better value than buying a stand alone policy (as I normally do) As per usual, and it's normal throughout the industry, the Toyota Corolla we reserved wasn't provided. Instead we received an Automatic Nissan Note. A super little car which was perfectly fine and even better was delivered and collected from our hotel for free - another major bonus. The paperwork on delivery of the car was simple and the hand over was excellent. We recommended Zest/Gsp to fellow guests at our hotel who had decided to rent a car during their stay.

Efficient and friendly service. Car was dropped off and picked up from our hotel and arrived 15 minutes early which suited us. We were able to leave the keys with the hotel reception for the car to be picked up. Deposit credit card receipt was returned to the hotel after the car had been inspected. Car was as expected, not brand new but we prefer that. Very satisfied and would use the firm again.

It had been 3 years since our last trip abroad and car hire rental Zest were easy and uncomplicated to hire with just as on many hires with them in previous years, the service was still up to the standard we have come to expect from this excellent company.

Car better than paid for. Sat nav not available until day 2. New one delivered to hotel, but was in Dutch only. Wouldn't open in English. Assistant didn't know how to start car. (was unusual,) so had to speak on phone to her colleague to explain. Arranged to have car collected from hotel at 19.30pm. At 20.00pm called help line, who didn't know about it and had it collected later that night. We left our camera in the car and they delivered it to the hotel the next day. Thank you.

Car was delivered to our apartments on time all paperwork completed shown around car and where everything was job done good services picked up when said will be using you again excellent
