Overall a very pleasant and reliable experience. The only comment I have is the disagreement of paying a deposit for the vehicle after paying an additional fee for insurance.

We found the Kia Picanto easy to drive and comfortable. The car was less than a year old. The next time we change our car we may well look for a Kia. We hope to be able to book again shortly through Zest and are very likely to choose Europcar.

From start to finish, the process was efficient and the instructions etc were very clear. Very smooth operation at Paphos Airport for collection and return. Highly recommend Zest (and locally, GSP Rentals too)

Car a bit old in the tooth, but got all our luggage in including two sets of golf clubs. Ideal as a run about and easy to park. Will be happy with it again next year. Pickup was smooth, drop off a bit complicated, too many barriers to negotiate, but not the car wiz’s problem. All in all very satisfied
