Very efficient and no hassle over insurance as it was all included at no extra cost. Especially liked the ability after booking to contact Zest to change the rental company for a cheaper one - saved £120 on a week's booking by changing to Hertz.

Everything went smooth. I think this was my 4th or 5th booking through Zest.
