Would highly recommend Zest and Last Minute. Both very good, great customer service from Last Minute. Vehicle was brand new. Return took minutes. Very good hire car company

I usually hate renting cars and don’t trust rental companies not to try and rip me off, finding the whole experience stressful. However with Zest and Last Minute Rentals everything went so smoothly from start to finish that there was no stress at all and the experience was a delight. Service was excellent, staff friendly, car was perfect and there’s nothing I could fault. If only renting a car was always like this.

Another car hire booking which went ahead without any issues. It was the first time we had used Last Minute but the two staff at their desk in Split airport were friendly and efficient and we received an upgrade on the vehicle which was a nice touch. Hire car parking is a little way from the terminal but again staff friendly and polite and an easy walk, once in the rain and once in the dry. Would recommend Last Minute.

The initial vehicle provided was very poor, but we accepted because there was no alternative at the time. However, we were able to change it later for better one later. There was little fuss and we were satisfied. Zest provided excellent and immediate help with this.
